“This place has my loyalty. Shopping here is definitely a different experience than shopping at basically any other auto parts store. Jon and Brian behind the counter have so much knowledge and are so friendly. They have also been there forever. Unlike so many other places, there is, by comparison, virtually no turnover. The staff are probably paid well and jon who's the manager is just an awesome dude. So nice to walk into a place and see familiar faces.
Another difference? There is no in your face advertising or marketing. Probably because most of what these guys do is sell to auto repair shops. So retail, while certainly present isn't their primary business. Instead they rely upon reputation. Because their customers are shopping with them every day and if they sell poor quality stuff, mechanics get call backs and lose a lot of money/reputation. That said prices are also reasonable. Also, because these guys deal so much with repair shops, they also, apparently offer training to shops and their mechanics. Yes, that's right. The guy behind the counter literally trains independent shop mechanics. So if you have a question or need advice, they have more experience and insight than you would believe. They have been incredibly helpful to me over the years and I know that they would be for you too.”

“Insurance claim, waited 4 months to get in. Result: Color match looks a little off. Sloppy bead in the wheel well. Not cleaned thoroughly. Tried to charge my deductible (waived, required 10 minutes on the phone with insurance at pickup). Not terribly dissatisfied, but not 100% satisfied either. I might need to go back for warranty work due to the workmanship. Staff was friendly/helpful.”

From diagnostics, helping me find the best parts, helping me navigate issues that arose during high heat and problematic moments with the repair, and just supplying great banter- I truly wish I could bring his customer service with me as I return to my stores back home. As a female, I rarely feel respect in auto stores. That was so far from true here! Shawn made every guest that came in during my visit seem at ease and many of us laughed at least once.”

“Amazing experience here. Salesmen weren't pushy at all, lot was the cleanest lot we saw all day, cars were free of snow and at the time only two employees were working due to people calling out. Both employees were attentive, responsive, caring, understanding. Trade-In value for our car was better than any other quote we were given, left same day with a great car, Ford definitely got a new long-time customer. Definitely met, if not exceeded, expectations.”
