I hardly ever leave negative reviews but this one is warranted. I’ve had several unacceptable experiences with northfield pharmacy now. The first was when I went to pick up a medication needed for a miscarriage and they did not have it on their shelf despite assuring my doctor they did and this obviously added stress during an already stressful time as we had to drive to another pharmacy further away to get the medication needed. The second poor experience was when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and they gave me the wrong needles for my reader which resulted in me being unable to do any readings over the weekend. It felt frustrating that I picked up all of my equipment for the first time from them and it did not work together. When I called to get a $2 refund for the needles I couldn’t use they wouldn’t refund it without me returning them even though they couldn’t use them for another customer because the box was opened. It didn’t feel worth driving out of my way and even though it’s only $2 it’s the fact that they made the mistake. The final straw was when I picked up test strips at Rite Aid in Randolph and they cost 1/3 of what the first order cost at Northfield pharmacy, both with the same insurance, same amount of strips. As much as I like to support small and local I won’t return to this business as they appear to be expensive and are disorganized.

Very rude employee with awful customer service, I won’t ever be coming back. Save yourself the time and aggravation, and you won’t get your medicine on time when they promised.

Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Polite, friendly, attentive service. Cool stuff to browse through while waiting. Fair prices. No chaos like other places I’ve been to.

Very efficient and nice people. I typically am in and out within a few minutes. They will text you when your prescription is ready and let you know how much it's going to cost. It's very nice to have a pharmacy in Northfield of this quality.

Super cute. Very clean and organized. Great selection of unique items. Fantastic for souvenir shoppers. Very friendly, helpful staff. I received my Covid-19 vaccine there today and the Pharmacist was extremely helpful and kind. He really cared about my particular situation. I wish I lived closer so this could be my pharmacy!

This pharmacy is what a local pharmacy should be. I don't know the circumstances of the previous reviewer, but I know from my experience and those of many others, the staff at Northfield Pharmacy could not be kinder or more responsive. Prescriptions, flu shots, ordinary OTC drugs, gifts and school supplies - it's a valuable asset to this little town. Could not be better!

I have used this pharmacy for a couple of years. They have rude self serving arrogant pharmacy staff. The owner will tell you that they will no longer fill your prescription, they will let you shop and spend your money but the RX Nazi will tell a Northfield resident to get their scripts filled elsewhere after her staff behaved egregiously. Tiny little people who abuse what little power they have.
Don't open yourself up to their abuse.
