I have been a customer of this establishment for well over 10 years now, and the service of the folks there are great, I never have a bad experience until today. Today I witnessed the new owner of the store belittle some of his best employees that have been there many years and always lend a helping hand and make my visit very pleasant. How shameful.

The staff at ACE in Norwich is amazing. Took my mom over to look at electric snowblowers before a storm, from the moment we walked in they were ready to help. They talked over the pros and cons of each option, they even assembled and delivered same day so she would have it for the coming snow the next day.

Fogg’s has only gone downhill fast since Bethel Mills acquired them. They don’t have a fully stocked lumberyard and their prices are now SIGNIFICANTLY higher than LaValley’s for what few products they do still carry. Fogg’s has turned into Home Depot but even more expensive. Stay away! Save money and get better products at LaValley’s.

We had an issue with a new snow blower that lost self propulsion after 3 uses. Manager came out, picked up the unit and returned it, repaired in 2 days.

Never been to a hardware store where staff was more helpful like I think literally waiting at the door to help you. Surprisingly have a great selection for a small local hardware store. Also I swear by their paint specialist Adam (haven't seen him in a bit) but I'd drive a long way for his help. He knows his stuff! Consistently have better lumbar quality then home depot.

Great local hardware store. They pack a nice variety of hardware items into this store, and they can order anything else you may need. They also have a great selection of lumber in the satellite building. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Foggs had it all! From its drive through lumber yard to its fully stocked ACE store, they have what you need to get any job done. Professional sales staff, great quality and an amazing diversity of product offerings set Foggs apart from the competition. It is an amazing resource for the greater Norwich/ Hanover area. I highly recommend!

A little on the expensive side of things, but great staff, good quality materials, and they have a little bit of everything. Stop here often for work purchases (Lumber, plumbing, painting, etc.)
