I visited the retail store for my first time , it was awesome! Tons of gluten free mixes that I cannot find in the grocery store in addition to the 1 to 1 baking mix. King Arthur has the absolute best mixes for gluten free options. My only complaint is when I am the only one in line to check out, please acknowledge me rather than ignore me at first so you can finish your conversation with each other. This bothers me more than it should, I admit that but I feel like customer svc is declining everywhere . Just greet me and make me believe you care.Otherwise and awesome spot!

Highest quality baked goods but slow service; layout is confusing to new guests - deli cases could be more highlighted with appropriate signage. More regular attention to maintaining dining areas would be beneficial.

I love their flour which I use to bake my breads. I didnt know how many different flour selection they had until I went to this place. They had samples to taste and baking classes. I love their concept of opening a bakery with classes here. The also sell baking supplies and good. The best part, they donated baking equipment to the local library which you can borrow for absolutely for free. The bread they baked were amazing. Cinamon bun to the sun bake were so delicious. The only thing I wasn't a big fan was their sandwiches. For some strange reason I expected more. My kids had a hard time finishing their sandwich and I wasn't a big fan of my sandwich too. If they are able to up their game in the sandwiches department, it would be an easily 5 stars.

Store has a large selection of various flour variations, with pretty crazy prices. This is a tourist trap.

I found the facility more like a tourist trap than a useful resource. While there was a wide variety of flours and mixes available, the prices for most blends were outrageous. The first ingredient listed on the rye flour mix was King Arthur all purpose flour! I don't want to pay Rye flour prices for regular flour! Not for me.The line for buying food was way too long, so we skipped the bakery section. The facility is clean and well organized, with lots of parking, good restrooms and free Wi-Fi, which we appreciated.

A baker's dream. The classes are so expensive but even without a class, the trip is worth it. There's a million things you would have never thought of in the store, a great selection of bread and packaged pastries to buy, and the cafe has some of the wildest bread designs you've ever seen. They recommended (free) roasted garlic mayo with our sandwich and it was heavenly.

We visited on our way to Woodstock Vt. We thought it would be bigger . It was nice and all but the selection was just ok. They had some samples . The nice lady who rang us up at the store was very nice . The bakery / food spot was cleaning up an hour before they were set to close ( weird ) . They seemed disinterested in the customers. All in all ok but really thought it would be more . You only need a half hour to see it.

February 22, 2024 Update - I hate having to downgrade my rating of King Arthur, but I have no choice. They changed the way to order lattes, for one. You can't order custom lattes anymore. For two, they changed their latte machines last year and the new machines really suck. I can no longer get a hot latte there. They are luke warm at best and go cold within 10 minutes. I emailed them in December about this issue and they claimed they were aware of it. They offered me a $20 gift certificate but I felt there was no point in redeeming it. I gave them 2 months to sort it out but they didn't do it. I have started going elsewhere for my latte and found a place that makes them as hot as I want. The cafe staff are still great, but coffee and lattes are supposed to be hot and stay hot for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Great staff doesn't compensate for poor lattesKing Arthur Flour is an excellent place to grab a coffee, lunch or dessert or all of them! The prices are reasonable. Get it to go and use the free reliable WiFi. The staff is wonderful. They know just how I like my lattes of the seasons and they never question my oddities. They always have a smile on their faces and it's really great that they take the time to remember a name. Great atmosphere and they even have a shop in the same building as the bakery. Ample parking. Outside dining. Highly recommend KAF. Enjoy! In these times if Covid, face masks are required and dining in is not currently allowed. Still the best place for lattes, lunch and dessert!! I love KAF!Update as of 5/6/2022 - they have limited indoor seating now and face masks are optional not required.

I have applied here for a job a few times and I never get hired. I have 17 years' experience working in a warehouse, fulfilling orders, driving forklifts. I have no criminal record. I have never failed a drug test. These guys have blacklisted me. They model their business after Hypertherm North America. I worked for Hypertherm for 9 years. I was fired from Hypertherm after I reported sexual harassment. I have proof. Since these guys look up to Hypertherm they have blacklisted me from employment. Basically, I am being punished for having integrity and doing the right thing. Big corporations think they can treat you however they wish if they throw enough money around.

Wonderful bakery with amazing treats and food. These might be the most delicious baked goods on earth. Gluten free almond cloud cookies have lemon zest, a slightly crunchy outside and light heavenly almond paste inside .. absolutely phenomenal and gluten free! Their homemade marshmallows are delicious and also gluten free. There is a wide assortment of high quality baking supplies and or course King Arthur ingredients and box kits ... Including gluten free brownie mix and cornbread mix amongst other mixes ...Nice bathrooms .. but every stall was out of toilet paper so 1-star off service. The lines were insanely long.Really beautiful atmosphere, excellent place to stop on a trip or to meet friends.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
