“I like the guys and the products are good. I'm 18 gallons into a project, Sherwin Williams color code HC164 and I needed 4 more, which is what I asked for. Stupid me for assuming I would get Sherwin Williams HC164. Instead, they made me Benjamin Moore HC164 (which I didn't know existed.). After mixing that into what I had, I now have Sherwin Moore HC164 on part of my project, have 4 gallons of paint to pour down the drain, and have to find some actual Sherwin Williams HC164 to finish my project now 3 days overdue after the rework. UPDATE: Thank you Myles for addressing my issue.”
