“We were in town for a few days and noticed one of our tires had a fast leak. Our Airbnb host recommended Kevin and Julie's shop to inspect and repair the tire. Even on a busy day with only a few hours left open -- New Year's Day nonetheless! -- they took the car in last minute before our long trip back to NYC. The mechanic quickly identified the source of the leak (a small piece of metal) and affordably repaired the tire so we could drive home safely. We are beyond grateful to them for making time and space for us when everyone else was closed due the holiday. We cannot recommend KNJ enough for their kindness and excellence service! - Hillary & Tony”
“We dropped in without an appointment when the check engine light came on in my 2001 Camry. The manager explained he had no one to diagnose the problem right not and since we were not locals, he offered to come out and look at the car. He checked the fluid levels and a few other things, tightened the gas cap, and said it all looked/sounded fine to him. As we drove away, the light was off - I guess it was that gas cap. I had offered to pay him for his time, but he wasn't having it. We were very grateful for his assistance, so willingly offered.”

“These guys are good. Whilst I have scored great and they are, there is room for improvement. They are :1. Informative communications (they were none. Just we have moved the date). It was good I was traveling and did not need the car, but 8/16 to 09/5 was a tad long. They assure me they will improve.2. Cost of fixing my smacked rear bumper IMHO was excessive though the other driver's insurance paid for it. insurance premiums will go up for all of us. Since I do not make a habit of being in accidents, I have no frame of reference. A driver smack the rear of my car and that is why I needed repair. These chaps did a good job indeed. So kudos to them. They are close to my residence, and very pleasant. Try them. Try getting additional quotes if it makes sense.”
