Unbelievably terrible service at this store. Please take your money elsewhere. Employees just walk around smoking cigarettes and don’t ask anyone questions they are useless. If management or the wonder sees this, something needs to be done immediately. My family and friends will never spend a dime here again. Unbelievable to say the least. They also treated my mother poorly as I see someone had the same problem. No work ethic and even less respect. They are an embarrassment.

Disgusting place to shop. Creepy employees watch my girlfriend walk around the store and follow her out to her car. Absolutely absurd. Floor is disgusting, food is out of date. Smells horribly of cigarette smoke all inside the store. Everyone do themselves a favor and go to the Sunoco where normal people are working. everyone at maple fields is a disgrace to the Pittsford community.

If there is only self check out now, why still have the employees behind the counter? It's not like they do their job, but instead look you up and down and try to make inappropriate small talk. A very uncomfortable experience.

This store/gas station is the worst I have recently done any business at.The employees have zero experience, the pumps suck. If there is a problem @ the pumps, it's always, " I don't know ". I will go out of my way by 10 miles, just to drive by this store. The owners should be humiliated.

I absolutely love their coffee so much it's delicious and there's so many different various varieties to choose from. I'd definitely go back.

Not to far from me & we can walk to it any time day or night if need be. Plus I've come acrossed a couple workers that are genuinely nice. And if they don't have enough of a certain item and you talk to them about making special orders for you then they will just as long as you follow threw on your end and go buy the stuff when it comes in. I know I totally appreciate it alot!!
