“Had the best experience at the Rutland, VT Staples! I was desperately in need of help and a solution. Travis was so incredibly knowledgeable, not only helping me find what I needed in order to get my laptop up and running but he explained it all to me in words I could understand. (I am the least tech savvy person!) Thank you, again!”

“I have great respect for West Rutland USPS. They have great friendly efficient mail carriers and if there is an issue it is easily resolved. Great job!! I wouldn't want to be out delivering mail in the conditions you do!!”

“I am sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman who picked up the phone here; but he was incredibly kind & helpful. I was informed that a text message about my package was a scam! They're getting sneakier and I'm so glad I called before I got flat out robbed! So five stars for you, good sir!”
“I’ve always been a huge fan of the excellent service from the USPS, but my mailman Rick M goes above and beyond in delivering my mail and packages and deserves 10 stars for sure. Thank you USPS and Rick M.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Went to the UPS Store in Rutland twice recently (last Friday morning’ish 2/8/26 and again Sunday 2/8/26 around 10:15 AM) and both times the staff was excellent — friendly, patient, and super helpful. Quick, smooth service and a really well-run store. Highly recommend.”
