Adam really went above and beyond in his customer service. He did an excellent job of explaining everything, testing things thoroughly, and helping us feel valued throughout the process.
The sales rep is responsive via email. Note that this is an older school security company so if you are comfortable managing things by phone etc, this is a great option - the company is not digital first. Their customer facing tech systems are 3rd party vendors and creaky.
