A must stop if you're in Vermont. Not only great products and samples, but information on the history and process of maple syrup production. Pamela is a wealth of knowledge with admirable stamina and a love of the land.

the greens are very nice people. they showed us around and told us the process of making maple syrup and the family history.

This was one of my favorite stops on our trip. Pam, one of the owners, was there and gave us a tour. She was so passionate and a wealth of knowledge. I loved getting to meet her. We came home with lots of goodies.
