Today was my first time getting my haircut at Mel's and I was very impressed. I recieved an awesome haircut and she was very kind and easy to talk to, I felt very comfortable.

My girlfriend went in to get hair dyed blonde, came back with white hair, broken ends 2 inches away from her scalp. Now I don't know too much about dying hair, but with that and charging over 260 JUST for a hair dye, something doesn't seem right. Cash only

Mel was able to get us in same day at a time that was convenient for us. She cut my stepdaughter and son’s hair and did an amazing job!! They both love their new “looks”! Thanks again Mel!

Mels Place Hair Salon is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and does amazing work. Whether your coming in for a girls day and need your nails done or need a totally new dew, go see her. I highly recommend, she never has a customer leaving disappointed or unhappy and Is always so cooperative on scheduling or rescheduling. Nothing less than perfect!!

She didn't listen to a word I said. All I wanted was a quick cut and I wanted her to use the buzzer but nooooooo that was too easy. I walked out of there feeling very unsatisfied and my hair was all choppy and uneven. Waste of money.
