Alonzo has been our trusted automobile expert for all of our vehicles for over 35 years. We are made to feel like family, and have followed him faithfully, no matter the distance. In fact he has cared for my wife's absolutely favorite vehicle of all time for the past 26 + years; keeping it in safe, running order, and, even after all the mileage and years of use, it still obtains the same mpg as when new.
Whether it be maintenance , unbiased diagnostics, or repairs--he does it all to exacting detail--as if he were the owner of the vehicle in service. When the work is done, it is done right, and always at a fair price!
In addition, Betty and the service team’s customer service skills are top notch!
We have traveled many miles and across state lines to obtain Alonzo's special skills and services , and he has always gone the extra mile on our behalf. He knows how to create life long customers.

These folks are amazing. My friends car had a brake caliper seize up on the way to Bennigton. Bissons set their other work aside and were able to make the repair so we could get home. Super honest and courteous folks. Very highly recommended!

I wholeheartedly recommend going to Bisson Repair for any issues you may be having with your car over ANY other place within a 15-mile radius. Here’s the experience I had.I had an issue with my engine cylinders misfiring and went to countless shops in the Williamstown and North Adams area. Some places changed out parts unnecessarily; others recommended I go to the dealer; and others performed “repairs” on the car that frankly led nowhere - I was stuck with this issue for nearly four months.Then, I went to Bisson Repair, where Alonzo quickly diagnosed the issue, moving a potential faulty part from cylinder to cylinder to verify that it was indeed the problem before proceeding with the replacement - and charged a fair price by any metric. Sure enough, it was, and my car no longer has this issue anymore.The thing I most appreciated, too, was the fact that I didn’t have a ride back home, so Alonzo offered to drive me the way and pick me back up when the car was fixed - a real act of kindness. Not only that, but he and his team are also extremely knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and simply know how to solve the problem. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else; just go to Bisson Repair. Seriously.I just wish I found this place sooner.Services: General repairs & maintenance
