The Pointe at Castle Hill offers a convenient location for visitors heading to Okemo, making it a popular choice for those seeking a ski getaway. While some guests have found the hotel to be charming, they also note that it shows signs of aging, with decor reminiscent of the 1970s and a need for updates. Rooms are generally clean, but amenities like USB charging ports and functioning air conditioning have been lacking. The king rooms, for instance, have been described as disappointing, with issues like non-working jetted tubs and mediocre shower pressure. The hotel features a small, unheated pool and a game room that requires coins to play. Dining options include an upscale restaurant, which may not cater to guests seeking simpler meals. Breakfast offerings come at a price, with a buffet option that some find expensive. While the staff has received praise for their friendly service and helpfulness, the absence of food delivery options and microwaves in rooms can be inconvenient for guests. Despite these drawbacks, many appreciate the location and the historic charm of the site, particularly for events like weddings. Overall, The Pointe at Castle Hill may appeal to those who are prepared to manage their expectations and bring their own snacks.
Had top notch service at my recent stay at The Point. The front desk really went out of their way on two separate occasions to help out. Great location if you’re skiing Okemo. Will definitely go back.

It’s really close to Okemo which is nice, but sadly there weren’t plugs for USB cables in the hotel room :( otherwise, it was an average hotel room

A great location for a hotel but everything is and looks like was built in the 1970s and just about nothing has been done since it was built. The left side door would not lock.
