“The owners take their job/business seriously. Good attention to detail and it's obvious they work hard for their customers. Just an example; they recently mounted 4 tires for me (not currently on a vehicle) and they wrote/recommended which location on the vehicle each wheel should go. Based on balance and tire tread. Maybe this is normal but I've never seen another ship do that. Others have just mounted the rubber and handed the wheels back...”

“I would have to say village auto is by far the best garage in Vermont that I have ever used, I brought them 2 pickup trucks and some parts I thought needed to be replaced they called to confirm what I wanted done on the trucks and checked them out and called me later that day to let me know I Diagnose the problem wrong they found what was wrong with the trucks the Red one and Blue one and asked how I wanted to Proceed on the red truck and I told him to do whatever they need to do it get my red truck running they went threw it from front to back and called me with updates every now and then which was very Comforting to know how the progress was going !!! i Then I dropped off my blue truck my blue truck to be worked on on a weekend and ment to call them on Monday to let them know what I need done on it . But of course I forgot to call Monday!!!! But around 3 o'clock they called me and they have gone threw the truck and found what I need done on it with another problem I didn't realize and I'm glad they caught it for my Safty... they then asked how I would like to proceed and got the truck done for when I return to Randolph ... the prices I have to say they are get they don't screw you over or over charge for sure there by far the best garage I also have to add I called them for a oil change and a inspection for my girlfriends car and they got me right in best service !!! I WILL RETURN FOR FUTURE MACHANIC ISSUES !!!!! HANDEDS DOWN . I also have to give a big thank you to Jim for the Communication very Polite and Professional can wait to do Business with you again !!!! 10 STARS”

“I was planning on buying a car from a used dealership but wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be wasting my money, Jon got me in and took a look and advised me not to get it. I brought a second car over and he told me the things that were wrong with it and advised me to talk to the dealer about getting it fixed before I bought it. I did and they did!! Jon got me in for the next week for an undercoat and oil change he filled all the fluids and explained to me that I needed to keep an eye on the oil because it was a car that tends to burn more. The conclusion to this is that instead of having me get the car and then pay him to do the work he was fair and honest and helped me save money. This is the most honest shop I've ever been to, and as a woman that's saying allot!!”

“Went to tire warehouse last night because tire kept losing air! They were able to get me in quick! Both the workers were extremely nice and helpful! They fixed the problem! And even looked at the other tires to make sure they were good also! They have new management working there. Was a breath of fresh air to have someone listen to what was going on and not try to charge an arm and leg! Definitely going back for the valentines week special!”
