Went to tire warehouse last night because tire kept losing air! They were able to get me in quick! Both the workers were extremely nice and helpful! They fixed the problem! And even looked at the other tires to make sure they were good also! They have new management working there. Was a breath of fresh air to have someone listen to what was going on and not try to charge an arm and leg! Definitely going back for the valentines week special!

Do not use this company and avoid the Randolph Tire Warehouse location. We bought four new snow tires and had them installed at the Tire Warehouse Randolph location in November 2023.One tire went flat the next day, two days later, one tire nearly came off the car (bolts came off in my hand ), and then a third tire went flat a week later. In December, one of the tires developed a bulge and had to be replaced.I was offered $300 for the inconvenience by the former manager of the Randolph Tire Warehouse location, Joe, but the refund has not been received and I was told by the Tire Warehouse customer service rep that there is no record of the $300 refund offer. The customer service rep then told me that they will reimburse $123 for the installation but Tire Warehouse no longer reimburses for defective tires as of November 1, 2023.This is single-handedly the worst customer service experience of my life. Avoid at all costs.Per the comment below, I have called the customer service rep On January 12, 2023 and was, again, put through to a supervisor - Camille (sp?). I again, left a voicemail (as I did on January 8, 2023), asking her to call me back regarding this situation. I have been told by a customer service representative that she cannot go above her boss, Camille. However, Camille is not returning phone calls.I also was sent an email from Tire Warehouse saying they regretted my negative experience. I was told to call (802) 227-071. I have called this number several times on different days and the number is always busy and hangs up.Terrible customer service. Avoid.

If I could give Zero Stars I would.I finished the business I started at randolph in rutland where the employees were friendly, courteous, and accommodating.While I was in randolph the mechanics were screaming at eachother in the back after showing up 45 minutes late. They broke a part I had to buy specifically for changing my tires and blamed it on me. Overall not a great experience and I highly recommend going to the rutland location instead.

I went on a Saturday to get a valve stem repaired. The technician was friendly, helpful, and honest. When I arrived my tire was on my trunk, he came to my vehicle to retrieve the tire and when I came to pick it up, he gladly volunteered to place it on my car, and not in the trunk. Thank you!

I had heard nothing but bad things but they are close so I went in hesitantly and was I wonderfully surprised! Karl was amazing! I so appreciated his help and patience while trying to figure out the best tire for vehicle and got me in quickly. He made sure I was happy and was so knowledgeable it made my comfort with purchasing tires much better . If this is the new guy running this, you can bet I'll be back as well as making sure everyone knows to go there.

Double the cost at 120 for a simple tire change, no heat in the building, and wait time was way longer then stated. They also charged for new stems, on my new car that are green. Also, after scheduling online, they had no record of my appointment.Avoid and use School St or any other

I recently got a new car so today I got my tires switched from summers to my winters. I scheduled my appointment online and when I went into the store they told me they didn’t have any appointments scheduled from 11-1 and to come back at 1:30. I did just that but when I got in my car to leave I looked in the back seat and noticed that Instead of bagging the summers before they put them in my back seat they put muddy tires all over my brand new cars back seat.

This place has super bad management and they treat their employees like crap. There is one employee that is currently singling out another employee to creat drama and a horrible atmosphere at the store. Hearing this employee to that to another does not make me wanna do business with them and seeing that the 2 managers that are there will refuse to do nothing about it

The team at Tire Warehouse are great, they managed to squeeze me in at real short notice and did such a great job. I got talking with the staff and felt at ease and very comfortable, which is great because I'm British and definitely from out of town. Excellent customer service, offered me some excellent technical advice on snow tires and studs, and also had a laugh and a joke with me. I will only use Tire Warehouse for my tires and rims from now on. Awesome service, 5 stars! The only gripe I have is that in the UK it's spelt 'Tyre', you need to change that ;-)

Today I was shamed for purchasing tires ahead of time online and having them delivered to this location. I called to add an alignment service to my appointment and they confirmed the time. I showed up for my appointment and they told me the online system doesn’t speak to their in store computer system even though I called to confirm the appointment. Luckily they were able to reschedule me 5 days later, and when I showed up for my tire changeover and alignment the guy rudely told me they aren’t putting tires on anymore that have been purchased online. He said he would do it this one time…I’m appalled by the nature of this guys attitude (didn’t catch his name). Although it’s generally convenient and prices are fair, I do not recommend going here.

AVOID AVOID AVOID:We popped a tire and ordered a new set from another retailer. I made an online appointment for this morning and called out of work to get it sorted. Once there, we were told they don't do online appointments even though I got the email notification of confirmation? Secondly, they said they don't put other retailer's tires on cars? I've been there twice in the past and they put tires on our car from a different retailer. They just didn't want to do it today.I'm now running around Vermont and New Hampshire scrambling like crazy to get threes put on my car so I can return to work and get my son to daycare. If you don't want your time wasted, DONT GO TO TIRE WAREHOUSE.

Tire Warehouse & Chris came thru when I was really in need of a helpful solution to a riding mower tire repair. Not only were they professionally proficient and solved the problem with a new tube right away, but also were friendly & kind.

Tried to get a tire repaired but I was told I needed new lug nuts (questionable). They ordered them and assured me they would be in that same afternoon. After a follow up phone call, I was told they’d get back to me, my call was not returned. Finally an employee in the evening told me they were never ordered. I could have had the repair done that day if I had gone to another local shop. My first and last time at tire warehouse

appointment scheduled online and confirmed via email but upon arrival (about 15 minutes early) at the Randolph, VT location, they did not have record of my appointment ... really??!! Fortunately, they were able to get my car in prior to their next scheduled appointment for which I am grateful but WHY are online appointment not forwarded to the service location?? My review would be much different if I had been unable to get the service done as scheduled online as I had carved a half hour into my schedule for this appointment and would not have been able to wait ... I would have left angry I'm sure!
