Had savings accounts for my kids i put there birthday and Christmas money in with white river credit union now taken over by 802 credit union and they started charging $5 a month for when i dont put money in as an inactivity fee, so i closed the accounts and went elsewhere wont ever go back..

Very bad customer service, I’ve been having nothing but problems trying to get a problem with my card fixed and every time I send in an email about it they claim it’s been resolved but it never has. I loved using this credit union but if this continues then I’ll have no choice but to move my money to another bank
