“We had a tire that went flat, had to wait as driver was in Colechester, when he arrived, a lug nut was stripped. Sorry can't remember your name, but after he dropped off his truck, he came back with a air compressor, filled the tire enough to drive, followed us to McGee's to make sure we made it.

“We called Blackfork after an accident left us stuck on the side of the highway, 200 miles from home, on New Years Day when most towing companies were closed. Rod was there within minutes. Not only did he give us a tow, but he drove us to the airport to get a rental car back to Boston, and he gave us great advice on dealing with insurance (car ended up being totaled - would probably have had to come all the way back to VT to clean it out if not for Rod).
