Ripton Country Store is a neat, quaint, and charming throwback country store, like stepping back in time. It is a must stop in the Middlebury area of Vermont. The store has a huge and excellent selection of local foods, goods, wine, fresh greens, bread, eggs, honey, and maple syrup. It is run by really nice Vermonters who greet you with a smile. The building itself is worth a stop, located on a narrow, windy road in a unique valley setting. It is a super sweet stop with everything you want in a rural country store.
