I’ve got an email saying that we’re delivering my package today July 7th and that it was leaving the facility but when I checked my email again it said “Ready for Pick up!” which really ticked me off because it said it left the facility put now says ready for pick it up when I’m only 15 years old and this is my second time having a problem with this place, I would love if this place got its act together.

I grabbed my mail as the postal man identified himself as Gary . He drove a red honda and his car was horrendous and had foul odors coming from it . How is this allowed for the federal government ? Is there no standard on how the vehicles have to be kept ?

Contrary to the USPS website, this office does NOT process passport applications. You can make an appointment, have it confirmed, take time off work, drive all the way there, show up early as instructed, wait 20 minutes because their opening hours are also incorrect on the USPS website... and then be treated like YOU'RE inconveniencing THEM because they have to go to the massive effort of telling you they don't take applications, in spite of USPS giving you the appointment. Never mind that you've provided all your contact info with the appointment, so they COULD actually let you know there's an apparently insurmountable communication deficit between them and their corporate owners, thus saving you the time and effort to go there. The poor attitude was actually impressive. Skip this place and just go to Randolph.

I just went down to pick up a package that’s at the post office because we only get mail once a week…. And was told that I can not pick up packages at the post office so I will now have to wait till next week when they get around to bringing it to the house… they also told me that bringing packages to my house is a free service and I shouldn’t complain… However I pay for my packages to get delivered and I also paid to drive down to pick up my packages due to them NOT delivering them to my house… They are literally holding them hostage and it’s only due to laziness of the employee who is working at the post office… Packages make it to the post office at 7:33am… and now it’s 5 hours later and they haven’t even sorted them yet… the employee told me there was a bunch of pallets and she wasn’t going through them today… strongly suggest anyone who wants to get their mail or packages use UPS…

Would be 0 if possible. I have lived in town for almost 8 years. I am part of the "we will not delive to your address" crowd, while also being surrounded by mailboxes in my neighborhood (Rainbow st. 100 yds. from the PO). I have lost business, money, and most importantly, my children's gifts along the years, and have dealt with the "IDGAF" attitude mentioned often in these review. " not my problem" if you will. I have appealed the fee twice to no avail, and most recently, have had my box closed over a payment less than a week overdue, as I'm sure people are just knocking down the door while in line for my box. I tried this morning to make a payment, and had the door closed in my face at exactly 11:00. Admittedly, I could have made more effort to get there a few mins earlier, but COME ON, I have cash. How hard is it to allow me to make a payment (in cash or card, whatever is easier and faster for you)? So I ill now have to take the morning off on monday just to make a payment, all to find that my mail has all been returned to address, and I will have a new box number, subsequently requiring me to change my mailing address in 100 different apps. Absolutely disgusting customer service, and not just one employee. But, ESPECIALLY, the new woman. Go to WRJ

Would give 0 stars if I could I've sent multiple packages to south royalton with just the street address and not the PO box listed. I send an incredibly important package and pay for priority shipping and they send the package back the same days it's received because there is no PO Box listed. The tracking information has not been updated in almost a week so I ask where it's going and the woman on the phone tells me "I don't know, probably Nashua".Unbelievably unprofessional and would not recommend. Use the WRJ post office instead.

Miserable lady behind the desk. Terrible customer service.

The postmaster and the postal workers here are amazing. They were very friendly and helpful even when confronted by a public nuisance conducting a "first amendment audit".

Like the other poor reviews stated, the customer service at this location is awful. The people at the desk always make me feel like a major inconvenience. For over 2 years they deliver mail to my partner's (who lives WITH me) physical address, but refuse to deliver my mail because they want to get paid for 2 "stops", and so they told me to put up another mailbox. I've talked in person to them about it and have even filled out the form they gave me to put my name at the address and they still refuse to deliver despite delivering to all other recipients at that address.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve lived in this town for a year and a half and every time I’ve had an issue with a package I have gotten not only no help, but hostility from the employees here.

I love the USPS in general, but the staff at this office is notoriously rude and unhelpful. It wasn't always that way.
