Picked a color off the stain chart which was gray, got home opened the can and it was black. So either the chart was wrong or the mixer was not right, got told no returns. I've been supporting this business for work and personal all my life, I guess it's time to change.

I went in looking for some bolt cutters for a friend. She needed to cut the chain on her baby's swing set. Her husband is deployed and I'm her on-call help person right now. All they had in stock was a 14in set and I wasn't sure it'd work, so the absolutely amazing manager let me borrow a store set! It was *exactly* what we needed, got the chain chopped in minutes and returned the bolt cutters a few minutes later. It's service like that that keeps me coming back and will forever!

Was told I no longer have an account there after 35 years unless I had a commercial account (which I had before retirement). Embarrassing hearing about it at the store in line. Wish Bob Noble was still around. Prices are not discounted unless you have an account with them. Won't darken that doorway again

The customer service rep was rude and short with me. Made me feel like a bother when I asked him a couple of questions about online items compared to what was in store. He also could not answer any of my questions and didn’t even make an effort to try and find out. Not sure of his name but he had a bad shoulder.

Super helpful people. They are now owned by Aubuchon and the changes are dramatic already in a positive way. Look forward to seeing any changes but hope the staff stays as they are excellent.

It's ace hardware. I don't think I've ever been into one that I wasn't helped instantly this location was no different. Went in for some bird seed and deicer was helped find both. Thanks for being a great neighborhood hardware store
