I am a new client of All Points and have found every aspect of this business to be excellent. My senior kitty was recently diagnosed as diabetic and frequent visits to his previous (further away) vet were becoming too stressful so I took a chance on All Points as a closer option, even having seen some negative reviews. Dr Anna and the entire team were most welcoming to their new patient and the initial visit and followups compassionate and efficient. I have utmost faith in their future care of my boy.

I've been a client at All Points for well over a decade now. Doctor Anna saved my Newfie's life and I am forever grateful to her and the staff for that. They have seen me through the comings and goings of many of my four legged family. I appreciate the respect they show me for my decisions and the kindness and gentleness they show my animal family.
I appreciate the time they take to explain situations and possible outcomes. For example, I rescued a ten year old cat from a shelter in New Hampshire. The shelter told me he had a heart murmur. Dr Anna agreed but also found it to be much worse than they claimed. She prepared me for all possible outcomes. It was still very shocking, horrifying, when he had a heart attack and died; but the time she took to go over everything with me and to understand how to help him made all the difference in his quality of life.
Owning pets and having them become ill or dealing with their death - these situations can be the most emotionally taxing events of our lives. I cannot imagine how many times the staff deals with this on a weekly basis. I do know that they have shown such understanding and care that it makes me feel safe and I know my animals get the best possible care from them.

We’ve been patients of All Points Animal care since their doors open. Our pets are treated like family, with the best advice and treatment plans, always. Dr. Anna and her staff go out of their way to take the best care of their animal patients.
When we had to make the difficult choice to put our dog down, Dr. Anna turned one of the hardest and saddest days into one I remember with warmth, love, and comfort — the way everyone should be lucky enough to leave this earth.
This is an animal clinic and a small family run business that take great pride in caring for not only for their animal patients but their humans as well. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a client at All points animal care for over a decade now, when their office was by the hospital. They have taken care of all of my animals through good, bad and unbearable times. I had a few issues with a couple of employees, but they have since left. They helped us through cancer with 2 cats, seizures with a sheltie we have since lost and our beautiful pekingese who got old and got a horrible lung infection and quickly passed from it. Our pekingese had congenital spine and hip defects that caused her pain. Dr Maria had the foresight to learn acupuncture for pets. It did wonders on my girl back then. She dealt with little to no pain for the last 3 yrs of her life without nasty pain killers because of Dr. Maria doing acupuncture on her. I have a pekingese now who has arthritis pretty much everywhere even though she is only 5 yrs old. I plan on starting to bring her in for acupuncture since it worked amazingly on my other peke. Dr. Anna has been wonderful with my cats. She always listens to my concerns and addresses them with plain English explanations. I have only dealt with the new vet there twice, but so far I like her. She answered all my questions and kept thinking of things to try to figure out what was wrong with my pekingese now. Turned out several things, she got an infection from a tick bite, boobooed her knee and was dealing with pain from different arthritic joints. My baby got better and is acting like a puppy again, though we now limit jumping and we carry her up the stairs which she thinks is a good deal. The new vet also suggested joint suppliments for my dog, so they are not all about the money they can make from you, tests and meds. They love their animals and it shows that they love what they do. I have gone to some other HORRIBLE vets in the area since my first vet retired. They were ALL about the money. They'd let your animal suffer and die if you didn't have the money to pay the entire bill before they did anything. Not All Points Animal care, I didn't have the money to pay for a surgery my cat needed to try to save her from mammary cancer, they did the surgery and worked with me as far as the bill after they took care of my cat. And it was top notch work. They didn't scimp just cause I didn't have all the money right then. I will continue to go to them as long as they are open and I will argue with anyone who says they are not good people! Sincerely Shanna

Not sure where to start. I am incredibly grateful for All Points.
They have been extremely thorough with our pets. Unfortunately 2 of our cats have had cancer, they were brothers. All Points went the extra mile. They really gave me all the options, even sent detailed emails of descriptions of what our cats had, all of the options and costs.
They have done a number of ultrasounds for us that were very inexpensive.
I worked at other veterinary clinics for years that would have charged 3 to 5 times as much.
We have a few geriatric kitties right now and All Points has made me feel at ease, knowing they are always there for us.
I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate the Doctors, Technicians and Office Staff.

All Points Animal Care is the only place we trust with our four legged family. They give all our gang extra TLC, treat them like their own pets and spend the time needed to assure they’re getting the best care and we understand what they need for treatments to keep them healthy. The whole staff is awesome, we’re lucky to have them in Rutland.

I seem to have old animals simply because I take them to All Points and they live a long, good life. They are compassionate at end of life and supportive throughout the entire time. You don’t get cats living to 21 years without that kind of vet support!

I switched to All Points several years ago, and have had nothing but top-notch care! It’s Toby’s favorite place to visit, and everyone loves him. Dr. Anna has gone over and above to help my various animals. Highly recommend ?❤️

Both my dog and my son's dog go here, but before I even switched to this vet, I had an emergency with my son's dog (a blue heeler) after hours. I called in a panic and described the neurological symptoms to the answering service. I could not get transportation and was in a tight spot. The doctor called me back, asked me questions, told me what to do, what to watch for and said she could see her first thing in the morning if I could get her in if she wasn't better, but to call the office anyway to let her know. She had a feeling that Cookie just had a tummy ache and was being overly dramatic, as she was familiar with the breed. And she was right! The little drama queen was fine by morning. I was a vet tech for 20 years and I can tell you from experience, veterinarians don't usually spend their time after hours helping people out who are not current clients. You'd be lucky to even get a call back telling you to go somewhere else. This veterinarian took the time to call me back, was concerned about my dog, got a handle on the situation while easing my panic and I wasn't even a client yet.

This practice gets my highest recommendation for Dr. Maria's and Dr. Anna's skilled care of our four cats. Our kitties got excellent checkups, vaccinations, and dental cleanings there. These kind doctors were so very gentle and compassionate when it was time to say goodbye to two of our beloved kitties, Tiny Ancient Jewel (who was almost 23!) and my Bailey (who had a heart defect and died at 13, breaking my heart too). At All Points, they took care of us grieving humans almost as much as our cats. I trust them deeply with our precious family members.

Dr. Maria took care of my beloved dog Baxter, 15 years ago. He had been misdiagnosed with arthritis and she correctly diagnosed he with osteosarcoma. She performed his surgery (amputation) and was with me when I ultimately had to say goodbye. Over the years, I have since brought 2 more dogs to their practice, and 4 cats. The doctors, technicians, and staff have always been so kind, helpful, caring, and professional. During Covid, my dog Murphy was very ill. I called them because I knew he was going to pass, and I couldn't find anyone to help me load him into my car. He was 80lbs. Two of their employees came to my house. When they arrived, he had just passed. They cried with us and then respectfully wrapped him up in his blanket and loaded him into their car. Even in dealing with a death, they were always so kind. The only reason that I have stopped using them is because I have moved out of the area. I have been lucky enough to find another wonderful veterinary hospital, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Points Animal Care to anyone.
