I am an American working in Austria for a few years. My son and wife went to Vermont to visit his grandparents while I stayed behind - all we wanted was a temporary phone number for him to use while in Vermont for the month. As Timmy Failure would say - “mistakes were made “. First, they gave my son my phone number I have had for 15 years - the primary account holders phone number. After they went back to get that fixed, which they do quickly, they gave him a new number and kept his Austrian SIM card telling his grandparents and my wife he would no longer need it. He is visiting from Austria, why would they think he doesn’t need it back? We now have to get him a new Austrian SIM card when he gets back . I am sure they are not used to dealing with SIM cards from other countries and hopefully a lesson learned happened. I hope they did not get the last transaction wrong and hope I don’t receive a recurring bill on what should be a temporary number. They did feel bad and did apologize to my son and his grandfather. Apologizing instead of excuses goes a long way with me. One star removed for each mistake.

I put my phone through the works over the past year and yesterday the screen finally succumbed to water damage. The staff at the Rutland store were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went more than above and beyond to help me get my new phone set up. And even with a screen on the fritz on the old phone, they were able to get my photos transferred to my new phone which was crucial as I had expense receipts stored in the damaged phone. I cannot thank Jon, Ryan, and Trent enough for their collaborative effort to make sure I left the store happy and satisfied.

I made an appointment to negotiate a better price on our phone plan. The gentleman,Tyler, was listening however not force selling, presenting all the options available,
We ended up buying each a new phone as well as a watch. Very satisfied with the service.

Ryan was super helpful with getting my prepaid service renewed and setting up a new phone and service for my mom! We're not very technology literate but Ryan was very patient with us, answered all our questions, and walked us through the whole process of what we were doing as we were doing it. 10/10 experience, wouldn't want to do my phone service elsewhere

Absolutely fantastic service, one employee helped me for ten minutes immediately, got my phone set up and then started the data transfer, I went off and ran some errands, and came back and it was ready to go, I had a XR and upgraded to a 15 plus, absolutely fantastic service again.
