I was in a hurry and needed a futon quickly. My purchase took 20 minutes; delivery was under 4 days with weekend availability. The staff was helpful, and delivery and installation were affordable, timely, and friendly. I would highly recommend Vermont Bedrooms/ Bed Express.

The whole team at Vermont Bedrooms was super helpful! They were very knowledgeable about different types of mattresses and which ones would be the best for me. Their showroom is HUGE and has plenty of choices to lay on. The delivery was super easy. They gave me a call before they arrived and had the bed up a flight of stairs and in my room in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend Vermont Bedrooms!

I had to take away a star because after I ordered my bed...no one contacted me to let me know it had arrived, or set up delivery. I waited 3 weeks for my bed before I called them and set up delivery myself. I actually got my bill before I got my bed. However it seems that there was no issue Installing the bed once it was delivered. (I am out of town working so I wasn't there for the actual install.) I know my cat loves the bed, so I'm hoping I do too.

I purchased a mattress from Vermont bedrooms and it is garbage. I paid $1,000. For this piece of junk and Bill Beanland gave me such a hard time about returning it I am stuck with it instead of going thru the aggravation of returning it and the anxiety that he puts me thru just speaking to him. Trust me it’s not worth your time to buy from them! Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!! Dora Donahue

10/10 would recommend we planned on mattress shopping around and Marissa was so polite and really listened to what we were looking for it was a great experience this was the second stop and now we are getting our bed delivered today!!

I bought a new defective mattress from them recently and can't get any help to replace it.They keep saying the guy to talk to isn't working today.Be careful here because I paid $900 for a mattress and it was falling apart within 30 days.Would rate this business 0 stars if possible.

Dustin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My bed was delivered and set up in less than 24 hours. Delivery guys were great too. From price to service, a very positive experience all around.

Came up from South Carolina to purchase a bed for our disabled son. Staff was amazing and bed was delivered, set up and old one taken away. This was our 4th bed over the years. Our boy hardly turns on this memory foam bed! Thanks to all! ??❤
