Received a hospital bed for my mother who is on hospice. The gentleman who delivered the bed was wonderful. He assisted in moving old bed and set up new bed. Was very courteous and made the process easy. Very good experience. Thank you

Phone service is horrible, cant get a hold of anyone.

I have been working with them for several years for CPAP supplies, without difficulty. My only complaint is the automated system which calls you when you need supplies. It says it is going to connect you with a person, then sends you to voicemail.
