Terrible customer service., Rude, unprofessional and ignorant staff who could care less about customer service. I had called to transfer a prescription from Boston, MA to Rutland, VT since I was up at our place in Vermont. What a mistake. Is Rutland full of incompetent, uneducated deplorables? When I called to speak with the so called pharmacist about the status of the prescription, all I got was an attitude and "do not be rude to me". Really??? If this person had said this anywhere else, they would be terminated immediately. Perhaps I should go in and buy the place and let them all go.

Biggest joke of a pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are going to be. Go in to get it, and they tell you it will be expediated. No, it was supposed to be done for this day for pickup. Absolute imbeciles in management at this location.

I had a brief wait for a prescription and was able to watch as one of the pharmacy technicians, Annalea , helped a number of customers. She was incredibly kind, communicative and hard working. In some cases, she recognized the faces of customers and began expediting orders as she kindly greeted them. I hope that management is able to see this, she is deserving of special acknowledgement.

Train your staff to all follow the same rules. What's okay one day should always be okay not just depends on who rings you out. Couldn't get my prescription, and they were beyond not helpful. Get it together please.

Very disappointed with the wait time for a cashier to come to the front counter. Once the cashier arrived, no greeting, seemed annoyed to have to wait on a customer. I commented that he seemed out of sorts. No response to that comment. No pleasantries after transaction was completed. Worst customer service I have experienced in years. I am only giving one star because post does not allow me to not enter any stars.

the phone voice response is broken. it puts you into a loop. it's impossible to get anybody to answer the phone. To guess what you're supposed to say to the system and then it just hangs up on you.

I'm glad to say things are improving. They no longer are forcing use of self check out. The pharmacy is finally getting back to efficient customer service.

I had an emergency for my husband who forgot to bring his asthma inhaler with him to Vermont, the pharmacy representative along with the pharmacist was heartless and rude. Now I understand why they have a 2.5 star rating, they do not care about their customers. Kindness goes a long way. CVS corporate should not continue to let this happen to their customers.
