Called this morning to set up an appointment for jewelry appraisal. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was upbeat and professional but personable. Can't wait to go and meet them. Hope my earrings are worth millions. 😂

Was browsing when I was asked if I wanted a complimentary ring cleaning. I was glad I took them up on it because between my two rings there were many loose prongs that needed repair.
