Called this morning to set up an appointment for jewelry appraisal. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was upbeat and professional but personable. Can't wait to go and meet them. Hope my earrings are worth millions. š

I have gone to Diamonds and More twice and will continue to go here for all of my jewelry needs for as long as Iām in Vermont!! I had my engagement ring resized and then my engagement and wedding rings soldered together and was incredibly impressed with the service. Work is impeccable, staff is friendly and helpful, and both services took less than 24 hours. I cannot recommend Diamonds and More enough!

Was browsing when I was asked if I wanted a complimentary ring cleaning. I was glad I took them up on it because between my two rings there were many loose prongs that needed repair. That job was completed in less than 24 hours. Iāll be back for further shopping; they have quite a selection. I appreciate their no-pressure approach.

So I took my Rolex watch to these morons and yes it's a real Rolex. Here is the crazy part the guy who looked at told me it was fake, and told me to look at his watch. Yet his watch was the fake. It was light the weight of it was incorrect and he didn't have the correct cyclops either. Then proceeded to tell me that Rolex doesn't make watches in a 41. Which they do. Also the guy said mine doesn't have the etched crown in the crystal because that can be seen by the naked eye. Yet he didn't even look for it. And it does have the etched crown. And here is the crazy thing he told me that Rolex doesn't etch the crystal. Not do they put the serial number in-between the lugs. Also that they never put green holographic stickers on them which they did and stopped doing in 2007. Diamonds and more just lost a customer because this guy is moron and thinks this Rolex is real. Wait till you see it. It's a Casio watch with Rolex face. Get a clue.

Diamonds and More did a great job repairing a family ring for my granddaughter. I needed a specific date for it to be finished & they had it ready before that time! They also polished some jewelry for me gratis when I took the ring in initially. KUDOS to D & M.

My experience here was great. I was looking for an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend. Charlie was very friendly and answered any question I had. I picked out a ring, but then decided I wanted another, and they accommodated me without a single hiccup. They resized the ring for me as well. I checked out all the jewelry stores in town before I decided to buy, and I must say this jewelry store had the highest quality diamonds out of all the jewelry stores here in Rutland. The other stores mostly sold ālab madeā junk. Diamonds and more only sells natural diamonds. Which is what you want.

Went here for a Motherās Day gift for my wife and got my wifeās wedding ring repaired as a prong had broken off. Couldnāt be happier with the service.
