We separated a car for those under 25 and when we arrived they told us that there was none and they could only wait for another one to arrive, they did not give us a solution.

Don’t rely on this dealership. They never have cars. They can’t promise anything and never any cars. Needed to always drive to Burlington to get cars.

Everything went as smoothly as possible renting a full size SUV for a trip to The Palladium in Worcester Massachusetts. The employees were very polite and friendly during the pickup and return of the vehicle and then the courtesy drop off was helpful too. Thanks Enterprise of Rutland

I admit I started using Enterprise because they are the only rental car in the town I live in. However, they've really impressed me with their excellent customer service and ease of doing business. I use them everywhere i go now when they are an option. Thanks Enterprise!

called in to the main enterprise to get a vehicle for the weekend they told me they were putting us in chevrolet colorodo which would have been fine as we are traveling to Ohio and they get great gas milage. Well when we got to the enterprise to pick up the vehicle we were told that the vehicle we chose was not available and they decided to give us a free "upgrade" well the Ram 1500 gas guzzler with the most uncomfortable seats caused our trip to be absolutely horrible. We were in so much discomfort the whole time and if I wanted to drive a truck this size I would have taken my own ram 2500 atleast I would have known I would have been comfortable. if anything i would have never spent the money I did for this vehicle. and if anything they should have taken money off because it was not what we wanted or expected to get. very disappointed and will most likely not be using enterprise again as it was not just the Rutland VT stores fault

I have had rentals three times with these folks, all good. So I was quite surprised on the fourth time to receive a call 1/2 hour before my pick up to say the mini van I had reserved a week in advance was not available, and they were not sure when it would be. Isn’t that why you make a reservation? Time sensitive travel window I was working with, but not much concern on their end. Disappointing to say the least, be aware renters.

2 years in a row they rented our rental we had a reservation for, for a month in advance. No call no nothing. Show up to get it and it's gone...they easily blamed it on corporate but corporate had no knowledge of this. CONVIENTLY the rental came back 3 days later....so they rented it out and blamed it on corporate saying they came and took all minivans out of the region

Most was pleasant, 1st car smelled of smoke and the second age thought an upgrade was a Jeep vs a Toyota. It wasn't.

my daughter in law rented a car from them and they gave her an electric car, which she never got any info on or knew anything about it, well needless to say the car died that night and she didnt even know where to go to charge It and other things went wrong with the next day. too make a long story short, they gave her a gas powered car and went fine, when it was time to drop back off I went with her to talk to a manager, this whole fiasco was just too much for these young adults so I helped her. Payden the manager was so apologetic and he was so much help, he gave her an extended rental for a week free of charge. I've rented cars over the last 30 years from them and have never ever had any issues with this company. He was so understanding. seems good to know people do care and will go above and beyond to help someone. Thank you so much Payden for helping Melissa on this. You don't know what this means to them.

I had a great experience renting my first car from this business. They didn't have the class of car I selected online in stock; however, they gave me a free upgrade to a larger vehicle that wasn't as fuel efficient.
