Bought a 3in exhaust pipe bender guy brought it out to my car and loaded it for me. Great service. I went to this store because the store nearest to me said it was in stock but wasn't.

Went to swap out a 200 something piece mechanics tool kit for a new one, manager came up with every reason he could to not accept my exchange. All tools were accounted for. Foam is torn up, pliers grips coming off, four years of use on kit. I love this kit, and had to exchange the screwdriver, and pliers once before with no issues whatsoever. Never seen the manager that was just on before, but he stated that the pliers were just junk and they do that all the time, and he told me he couldn't exchange the tool or kit. Very disappointed because I was told by the other manager without hesitation he'd help me out if I had the whole kit. I'll order online before going back after this situation. Inconvenient.

The staff greeted me and headed me to the correct aisle, he was friendly, funny, and helpful. I wandered the store and saw things that I haven't seen in other local hardware stores. The staff checked back in with me to make sure I was happy. I liked the prices
