“I was waiting for necessary medication, and the mail carrier said my address wasn't found. She returned it back to the office. I called and explained what had happened and how important the medication was. Not only did the wonderful woman find my package, she personally delivered it after hours!! That was way beyond her job?”
“I have great respect for West Rutland USPS. They have great friendly efficient mail carriers and if there is an issue it is easily resolved. Great job!! I wouldn't want to be out delivering mail in the conditions you do!!”

“Today was “employee bad attitude day” being October 6, 2025… This post office location is fabulous!!… I have a PO Box there and I use it all the time to buy stamps. I went in today to drop off some mail and to buy some stamps… The line at the main register had about five people waiting in it so I went right to the window of the post office and there was nobody there. I seriously stood there for about six minutes as she was unpacking boxes at the other end … I finally just spoke and asked if she could sell me some stamps… She came to the window and had an bad attitude because I was interrupting her and I could’ve gone to the cash register of the store to buy them there… First of all, she was rude… Secondly, her appearance was as if she just came in from mowing the lawn in 100° weather… I should’ve grabbed her name but I didn’t….this woman needs to get a better attitude and be polite to the customers!!… And please, wash your hair!”
