I'm an AirBnB owner and was beyond disappointed with this company, the rudeness of the owners, and charging for services not provided. My review mimics the other 1-star reviews, and for good reason! I used this company for almost 10 years because I thought they were the only game in town(there are many other much better companies around now). It wasn't until I installed cameras on my hot tub that I realized they were completely lying in the services they provided. Then Tom, one of the owners, asks me, "What's the problem here." Well, I have you on camera not providing the service you're billing me for. On multiple occasions, I was charged for the expensive drain and clean when they never performed a drain and clean. They actually stopped by for about 5 minutes to check the chemicals and left. After they were called out on that they made up for it by making sure to bring in a water truck to fill my hot tub instead of using my hose like they always did until I caught them lying on services. Water trucks are quite expensive so they did that to charge me even more. They also do not follow instructions from owners and always give an attitude when you call them. Tom, an owner, is just a nasty man and should probably retire. I had to constantly check up on them because they usually didn't show on the day I needed them to. With running an AirBnB you need professional and reliable companies to run your rental. Resort Spa Services caused me numerous headaches, revenue lost, and bad reviews because of their lack of caring for the customers they service.

Went in looking for info and the guy at the counter couldn't put down his sandwich and his response on a product was it isn't worth their time. I called vendor and reported him.

In January 2019, during one of the coldest weeks in years, I had an issue with my hot tub. Although Resort Spas already had full schedule with service calls, they were able to stop by my home in Killington the same day I called to diagnose the issue. Several sensors on the control board were toast, which explained why the tub was occasionally loosing power, and several other components failed during subsequent freeze-up after power loss. Rick was able to diagnose, track down parts, and get the hot tub operational within a few days. We were very appreciative of his quick response, which has been in line with previous 4-5 experiences I've had with Resort Spa. I recommend Resort Spa as most cost-effective, and reliable hot tub maintenance and repair in the area.

We purchased two pellet stoves from Resort Spa Services and they were wonderful. They were always prompt in servicing the stoves and over time one was replaced with another more efficient stove. I would highly recommend them for their good products and service.

These guys are shady! They lie about when they are out or what they did when they were there. We rented a house and there was an issue with the Hot tub the owner was really on top of it and this Rick guy then showed up hours later blamed it all on some other guy at his office said the owner of the house was an idiot and didn't call til minutes ago. Then basically did nothing said heater was broken and couldn't be fixed right away. Also that owner of house knew hot tub didn't work right and was too cheap to get it fixed or better yet replaced/ Ironic thing was a breaker was bad in house and we actually solved it. SO it was not the hot tub!!!!Despite mr wonderful saying it was and all that. Nothing worse then a liar. and people who are full of it. Use someone reliable there are other options in that area.

My family has owned an old Hunting camp in Chittenden for Three generations, each year we make an effort to improve the camp to be more modern. We recently purchased a Caldera Geneva to relax in after snowshoeing and hiking. We can’t thank Resort Spa Services enough for how helpful they have been. Friendly staff, great service, and reasonable pricing!

I've had two services calls in the last couple years and was very happy with Rick's work and advice. They came almost immediately and were very reasonably priced.
