Both people working here are horrible to deal with. This is the least professional business transaction I've ever had. Over charged in the first place and then charged for an extra month in January after vacating and cleaning the unit on the 29th of December. Find somewhere else!

If Brandy is working just leave.... she the most incompetent employee I've ever dealt with. The customer before me rented a truck. A buzzer went off when he tried to move it. He came back in to ask why, at the same time a 3rd customer came in. She melted down and actually sent them away.
She had handed me a price sheet a week before quoting $50/mo rent. She processes the agreement today and states $133/mo than says it must have been an old price list it's not her fault.

Brought all my stuff out at the end of August. Paid for the month of August.. getting charged for the month of September because of the lock. Called and they won't refund the money... not even pro rate it...
