Great . Store with many shoe options. Great price. The owner present in the store is very friendly and polite. He always tries to help and also has a smile on his face, always thinking about the customer first. I'm happy to buy from a place like this where the owner shows happiness in what he does and conveys. Congratulations to the store and keep it up

I went to the Shoe Dept in downtown Rutland with my family. I dye my hair funky vivid colors. This month I had blue in my hair. I've shopped at Shoe dept for years. A great friend of mine use to be the manager. Today however left me with a bad taste in my mouth. As I walked in the male associate in a snide tone said, "Nothing like attention seeking". I'm usually greeted with a welcome to the Shoe dept friendly associate. I am a professional woman and would never speak to any client of mine I encounter in this manner. It was of poor taste and if I didn't have a Shoe obsessed tween, I would shop elsewhere. The fact this male staff felt the need to address his judgemental opinion of me, a customer out loud is beyond me. They say customer service but this one is utterly annoyed with his lack of social skills and poor communication with a customer.

Friendly but crowded (by shoes, not people). Not a great selection and not a ton of space to try on shoes. They do have a pretty decent selection of shoes for nurses and other medical professionals, and a big selection of mens work shoes downstairs.

Amazing store. Wide selection of brands and styles (even though the store itself wasn’t that large). All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. You can just tell that they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Not to mention their prices were total steals. I literally got a pair of converse for $20. Will definitely be coming back the next time I need shoes!!

Shoe Dept. Staff is excellent: knowledgeable and very helpful. I love Sketchers and they have a great variety at great prices. The only place I buy shoes in the Rutland area.

Great sale prices and a super friendly and very helpful saleswoman who took the time to help me find the shoe I wanted in my size at another one of their store locations.
