Incredibly helpful with a pre-purchase inspection and very generous with their time and expertise. They caught a significant problem with a used vehicle that was certified pre-owned and saved me a lot of hassle and money. Thank you!

So I reviewed this place just under a year ago, and I still stand by that a majority of the people there are nice. However this year I went there on the 3rd of Oct 2023 and had an inspection done just for him to tell me that the inner tie rod was bad,and he showed me and there was very very slight movement so he failed it. So I brought it to another place won't say where and they said there was nothing wrong with the tie rod they did say that the wheel bearing had a slight movement However it was not bad enough to fail. And that it sounded like that person just had something personal with me or my vehicle. It has always past there. So I can't help to feel in was personal and it's to bad because I liked going there but now that I know he has missed diagnosed the problem I can. So now I think this person is causing a lot of people money for his mistakes. And I hate when they say we'll he has 15 years of experience, so I guess that means he is never wrong. Well he was wrong. And for all the inconvenience that kid should pay for my time and inspection. Don't mean to complain but I'm sick of making things personal and not doing there job right. And I do have pitchers to prove with new inspection sticker and the part in question. And today is the 4th so you know a day later with a sticker.

We stopped in for a VT state inspection this afternoon on my 2008 Rav4, which was failed due to insufficient material left on the brake pads. I went to O’Reilly’s and got pads for all 4 wheels, went home and put it on my lift to service the brakes and BEHOLD, all brake pads are essentially new and NONE require service. What is going on bruhs…not cool at all after driving from Tunbridge and spending money I didn’t need to.Reply:While I was not in the waiting room, I was in the parking lot watching the inspection, which was also recorded on my dash cam. Following the inspection, my son was informed that the rear rotors had some surface rust, and he was questioned as to whether the car had been sitting unused for an extended time (it had). He was further told that the surface rust present on the rear rotors was not cause for failing the inspection, and that the inspection failed due to the front brake pads being completely worn with almost metal-to-metal contact between the pads and rotor, which is clearly not the case (see my photo). Had the inspection been done according to the proscribed procedure and at least one wheel had been removed for the brake inspection, this would have been apparent to the inspector. Reviewing my records I found that the rotors and pads had been changed together approximately 1,200 miles prior to taking the car off the road and stripping the car interior to repair rodent damage. The inspector who ultimately inspected and passed the vehicle explained to me that the contact surface on the rotor is where the pads contact the rotor, not the entire rotor, and that all non-ceramic rotors will surface rust on the non-swept surface of the rotor. Rust on the rotors is defined as swelling, delamination, or pitting. Bruh is defined as:BruhThe reaction to every single situation possible. The most versatile word in existence. Can be used to show happiness, sadness, distress, anger, fear, sleepiness, disgust, approval, disapproval, confusion.. and many more!Example 1-Girlfriend- Omg I'm preggo!!Boyf- BruhExample 2-Man- Dude I need to borrow some more money I'm broke.Other man- BruhExample 3-Girl- I think I'm in love with you!Boy- Bruh

Awesome fair mechanics. Very inexpensive for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. I've not had two different cars inspected through them and they are definitely fair and don't take advantage of you. Refreshing to see mechanics not taking advantage of inspection as an opportunity to take you to the bank!
