I went to Staples for printer ink yesterday evening. Every associate said hello and the cashier was very helpful.

Staples used to be a nice place to shop (for one to hates to shop!). However, the last year or two, there is no customer service. I have called customer service from inside the store and no one answers the phone. The only reason I went to Staples yesterday was because I knew where the item I was looking for was located.

The visit was quick and painless. A sales associate asked me if I needed any assistance rather than the other way around. The staff was quick to bring the product out of storage. It was an easy purchase in the store that was prepared for my visit.
