Awful customer service I went in and was minding my own business and this Lady comes over in a mean voice and says you can’t be in here I’m not even banned from the store I don’t recommend this store at all

Foolish was I too dislodge my mouse receiver at such an event. in my despair I searched for a new one. Brendan from staples informed me I must move on. Stubborn am I to change, purchased the same model, the M187. But inspired by the encouragement of Brendan I enacted the first steps, by choosing a new color. Hence forth I vow to continue this trend of new possibilities and not to be chained by the past. Brendan deserves a raise.

I bought a computer from Staples but when I started to use it Microsoft OneDrive was activated by me unknowingly. I saved half of my photos when Microsoft told me OneDrive was full and I needed to but more storeage I still had a lot of space on the computer drive. Cold not figure out how to in sync OneDrive. Went back to Staples and spnt a lot of time with Don. Their Teck guy. He had the issues that I did. He finally came at it from another direction and disabled OneDrive and moved my photos to the computer drive Don was very patient and explained what he was doing. Could not have had a better experience. Everyone at the Rutland Stapes are great. Five stars

Purchased a laser printer from here, and although the box appeared sealed, upon setting up the printer, it soon became obvious that the printer was defective. The store doesn't care, and their policy is such that once you open the box, it's yours. Done with Staples; I will never shop here again.

Don, your Service Tech Associate is great. I came in with two laptops, one that was dying and another brand new computer I purchased at Best Buy. Don was extremely helpful in explaining my options and in the end I bought a new Asus laptop, which I love and is very user friendly. I also had to call him and ask about a pop up advertising that came up when I was using the new laptop. Don explained what it was and exactly what to do.

Purchased a $450 chair PLUS a $50 Extended warranty on May 10th and it had an issue 6 weeks later. STAPLES can not do anything about it told me to call the warranty people or the manufacturer. Finally...... on 17 July Staples could not fix the chair either however, Aaron the Mngr was able to help and replaced the chair. Thank you.

They lost a sale today and in the future. Stood around waiting to buy a laptop and finally asked for help. Still nothing. Finally walked out. Not one shred of regard for my time or business.

I always loved staples. I easily spend a couple thousand in there a year. Today I want to return to small things I did not have a slip for. They offered me .46 each for each item which in store is either 3.99 or 4.99. service and coupons suck in there. Sonya saltis

I just want give a Shout-out to one of your Printing and Photo associates. I visited your store on 12/16 around 3:30 and had to wait awhile for the customer before me. When I was waited on, this young gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. I walked away with a smile and a heart full of gratitude.

WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Lost my item, unable to find it for over a week, and ultimately received an inferior product with no apologies, no culpability and ridiculous lack of internal communication. SO FRUSTRATED. Do not use print and marketing unless you've saved a digital copy of your item elsewhere.

Horrible experience every time at the Rutland location. Dread going in there. Horrible customer service. Id rather drive out of my way and go to west Lebanon .

Good selection and great service. Much better than the Mini-Mr.-Mc-Mob "manager" Michael at Denny's who uses physical intimidation toward customers asking questions! I think everyone in this Staples store deserves a raise.

1 star for hours open. Google says closes at 8pm. But really closes at 7pm!
