“Soup kitchen, shelter, and a thrift store open to the public. It’s not utopia but I found some nice chairs, a plastic collapsible table, and a lamp for under $20.”
“I was VERY pleasantly surprised this morning after reading some of the earlier reviews. I had no problems whatsoever with any of the staff or pricing. I tend to steer to the 50% off color of the week. The store and items were clean, organized, and well stocked. I got a toddler's Children's Place Christmas dress for 50 cents and a Woolrich mock turtleneck for me for $1.50. I also bought a vintage Carolina Herrera stone necklace and bracelet set for $6 total. They also gave me an additional 15% discount on everything for being >55. Only thing that would have made it a 5 rating was if they had a public restroom. Keep up the good work at this store!!”
“First time to Yankee Surplus. I would have enjoyed a wider selection of products but it didn't disappoint. Curtains and bedding, men's wear, candy, and more. I bought a set of curtains and a small side table.”
