The staff is always friendly and helpful!! And I like that if I have my pup withe he too is wwlcome!!

Be warned about this product - when this nut coal would not burn in a very hot coal stove after several attempts. I showed it to a coal supplier who laughed and said that's not coal, that's slag, that won't burn. TS would not take an unopened bag back.
