I was waiting for necessary medication, and the mail carrier said my address wasn't found. She returned it back to the office. I called and explained what had happened and how important the medication was. Not only did the wonderful woman find my package, she personally delivered it after hours!! That was way beyond her jobđ

Disabled adult had label for box 72â length & she âestimatedâ girth at over 32â. Max L+G < 108â. She said âtoo big, go to UPS Store by WalMart.â I wrapped my tape around it & only 29â (or less- UPS only took it âcause it was under 108â) - But we were already at UPS. ( $62 for USPS IF sheâd had the courtesy to explain it was barely over & we couldâve repacked (again). UPS Store charged $189.84& said âyou shouldâve done it online-weâre not UPS-weâre a store & more expensiveâ. (& to the nosey busy biddy at USPS- let the customer interact without scrutinizing the nervous newbie!& unnec. interruptions, please!) if I look in from the lobby and donât see those two nice guys who usually seem to work mornings Iâm gonna be turning around and leaving!!

I was waiting for Priority Insured package coming late. They moved the day . Then said Saturday early morning,later moved delivery to 3pm. Was waiting while got delivered package from Amazon at 1pm signed. Got email at 2pm from USPS that they couldnât deliver package because business was closed!! No the business is open 24/7. They lied. Shame on Rutland USPS. They should close this office. I see other people having issues also. Then whatâs the point of having post office if they are not doing their job?? I would never use them. Called customer care. They can barely speak English there and pretty much canât help donât know how. Thatâs very sad. I will never use USPS again! Terrible company. I can only hope they are little decent to deliver it. Doubt it :(

I have been intentionally hung up on 6 times this afternoon, without so much as someone saying hello on the line. My mail is not being delivered and is being sent back to the senders. But I can't even talk to anyone there and find out why.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an antique lamp shipped to me thru USPS. When I received it, there was a large hole in the side of the box, & the lamp was damaged. USPS at this location denied my damage claim, & stated that because the packaging wasnât sufficient (partly true), & the box wasnât marked as fragile, that they were not responsible. Basically, they stated that if the packaging was better, the lamp wouldâve survived THIER negligence (the hole that was put in the box somewhere in transit). Thatâs a very lame disclaim, that they are not responsible for the hole in the box & damage to the lamp CAUSED BY USPS because they didnât believe it was packaged well enough. DO NOT get packages shipped thru USPS, go with any other carrier. They will find every excuse under the sun to deny your claim. The only positive is that they were professional to deal with.

We have not had mail delivery for 2 days! I put an outgoing envelope out, still not picked up! Guess I'll need to take it to work. It's an important piece, I got called for Jury Duty! I know if I complain too much the Union will find a way to justify why I don't have proper service. Shame..

The workers are useless and incompetent. The most miserable people Iâve seen in customer server. Especially Marybeth. Do not go here for a passport unless you want it to end up lost with no explanation on how to find it.

So I left a review last month on how My bills are not arriving to there destination ,and now I'm back to give an update. So today is Dec 5th and they decided to not take my out going Mail today what in God's name is going on with you people.
