“Dr Johnson is a very informative, Up to date, efficient and caring veterinarian, who since taking over this practice, with the addition of great new staff ( and keeping a gem in Tabitha) has done an excellent job of growing this practice in the best way. “Excellent, accommodating and professional service and employees. I recently had an emergency with my 10 month old cat (at 7 pm at night) and I contacted them as they were listed as the only emergency vet open in the area. It was a 35 minute drive from them, and they kindly stayed open late for me and contacted the on-call emergency doctor, who was considerate enough to come in and wait as well. Mind you, this was on a holiday weekend and in the middle of a snowstorm, so driving was risky. Although they were due to close at 8, they were able to see me and thoroughly examine my cat. This was a very scary situation for me and they were very understanding. Liz (the vet tech) and Dr. Rob Macpherson were very generous and compassionate given the situation. They answered all my questions and the visit was not rushed at all. After Dr. Macpherson's findings, advice and the meds he administered, my cat was back to normal upon arriving home. This is truly a Veterinary that cares for and strives to serve their community!”
“So recently my cat ( JAXS) had to have surgery for I mass tumor removal from his rear leg. And I could have not asked better people to tend to his needs and treated him. They did an amazing job and I am so thankful for them. And I think (jaxs) is happy too. Ty again.”
“I am so thankful for this vet. They saw me immediately for my sick dog, despite being a new patient and them being extremely busy. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding, despite what older reviews have mentioned, and the vet was amazing. They brought us in immediately on an emergency visit, diagnosed her, gave her a shot to help her fever, ran blood tests, gave a month's round of antibiotics and a week's supply of anti-inflammatory meds and only charged $260. It is unreal how inexpensive they were and how kind and professional everyone was. Thank you all so much. I can't begin to express how much you helped both of us.”

“I liked how there were not a lot of other pets in the waiting room. I liked the front desk staff. I liked the attention that everyone gave to my puppy Pearl. Everyone that worked with Pearl in the examination room was excellent. I was quite pleased. Pearl was happy too.”
