The incredible rudeness from the pharmacy staff sets new lows. They are dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no empathy whatsoever. Their lack of basic customer service skills is unacceptable.

this pharmacy is HORRIBLE. my husband and i scheduled appointments for a TDAP vaccine because we have a newborn. we found a sitter and came in. they only had ONE vaccine available and wasted our time because the RUDE women would not let me get my insurance information she insisted i needed the card. I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy.

Drive-thru can be very slow and I don't understand why they put small pills in very large bottles. It's a major waste of resources

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! The terrible reviews are ALL accurate! Walgreens in West Rutland is 100% better. At least you are treated with respect!!!!

Worst place to shop every one is rude and ready to fight except one or 2 ladies on cashier and mostly workers are racist also no one wearing masks and gloves and not following 6 ft distance as per CDC Guidelines .Most of workers are Racist and rude no Changes from walgreens Corporate office so bycott walgreens

Waited and waited in line to pick up a prescription only to be told that the pharmacist had to ask about allergies and was on lunch. Very frustrating.

I frequently have to speak with the pharmacy for work-related issues and 99% of the time I am met with completely rude individuals. Samantha in particular. I will not use this pharmacy for my personal prescriptions.

The staff are amazing, they are always super nice and welcoming. More specifically they are honest decent people; I was shopping this evening and forgot my purse in the bathroom, as soon as I called I was as notified that another worker found it and turned it in. Thank you so much, and Darlene you deserve a raise, people like you are hard to find these days ☺️EDIT: Darlene may be honest but she’s got a serious attitude problem, pretty unfortunate.

Unfortunately this store is consistently out of stock on key items. BUT at least the employees are apathetic at best. Today I thought perhaps I had been unlucky in the past so I gave them another shot. Bad idea. When I asked an employee very nicely for help finding items I had spent 10 minutes looking for to no avail (that I eventually found on my own were out of stock) I was floored when my query was met with a deadpanned "no." I worked in retail for 3 decades and cannot fathom that response. I'm sure there is a great factory job out there that would be a much better fit for this employee. At least I hope so. If the company is interested in knowing who this employee is I certainly could identify her. Would be my pleasure actually.*Edit*In response to Walgreens customer support. Worst pharmacy. They could not locate a prescription I watched the doctor send over. So I waited and I had the doctor resend it. When I came in to pick it up they said they had a duplicate! I needed this medication and because I came after work on a Friday when the doctors office was closed there was nothing I could do but wait through the weekend. The next time the doctor sent the prescription at 9 am and it was received both in rutland and Brandon. Rutland didn't fill it or take any action until I came in. They let someone cut in front of the line and then after I patiently waited my turn they tried to rush me out to call the doctor! I told her that the new prescription was called in that morning she said I maxed out my refills and tried to refuse to look into further. I had to push for her to check Brandon. Then she told me I had to wait 40 minutes now because this wasn't their fault! Both times the problem was the pharmacist Patricia. She is terrible and should be let go if she can't competently do her job or work with the public.
