Friendly, amazing staff. Very professional and courteous. I actually had a pharmacist call me to let me know that a partial order of a prescription I needed and was on back order was ready. Very pleased with then always. And they do a great job keeping the line moving if there is one at all!

Asked woman about covid shot. The main (man) pharmacist was really rude when the female was nice and was asking my questions.

Some employees are friendlier than others; I've never had a problem with any or any issues in general. The one thing that does bother me is they run short on medication that I take every month. I'm not sure why they can't keep an adequate supply. I've tried almost every other pharmacy in town, and I'm satisfied with Walmart.

Sometimes the pharmacist is in a snippy mood when picking up your prescriptions. I will avoid that Lady and come back when someone else is available.

would be a good addition to have alternate phone number when line is busy for a long time.

It's Walmart, what do you expect? Back in the 90s, some short-sighted local officials were sold on it being a great way to stimulate Rutland's stagnant economy. Of course, things were swell for the first couple of years, but since then it has manifested itself as a black hole for retail activity in downtown Rutland, effectively killing off just about all other non-niche retail in the city's urban town center. It will take an impressive plan/vision to turn things around as long as Walmart exists there. Good luck!
