Knowledgeable, friendly & accurately answered my questions very quickly. They then handed me relevant documentation for my own future reference.

The compounding pharmacists there are amazing. They compounded Rx's for my dog & months later after seeing specialist compounded topical ointment for my wrist nerve pain - it was $$$$ / it worked great but wasn't covered by insurance... the pharmacist took lots of time to discuss my medical and insurance issues & suggested something else (drs okayed it) what they suggested was much cheaper & worked great too. The Rx consult was ON phone & Rx sent by mail because I live too far to go in person. Bottom line; pharmacists very smart, compassionate, caring and very helpful. Aw

Customer service is not a strength in some employees who work there.

They are always dependable, although the docs e send scripts, so they leave the liability on the pharmacist...choose for yourself. They always treated me friendly, though!

Wonderful!!! Wonderful!!!! These people are so helpful!! I had problems with my insurance company and Wilcox worked for weeks to help get it solved. Their compounds are life changing for me. I don't understand Jane Doe's review. Compounds take a few days to make so order them during the week. What is so hard about that? If they are charging you for 50 pills, do you expect to get 100? Next time ask questions. Get your life in order and don't blame other people for your lack of common sense. And use your real name next time. Stand behind what you say.

I live in Burlington and have a cat who is on several daily medications that I give her transdermally. My veterinarian Dr. Moore at Cats of Burlington recommended Wilcox Pharmacy because the compounding pharmacy I was using recently closed. I really like Wilcox because they send her medications with shipping included in their fees and I get far more doses at a similar price to what I was paying previously. I also think the transdermal compound itself is of a higher quality than what I was getting based on the feel of the gel. Wilcox customer service is excellent and quite friendly. If I did not use a family-run mail-in pharmacy for my own Rx that can be filled in my parent's state, I would probably switch those, too. I am thrilled to have a high quality pharmacy in-state that I can use for my cat's needs.

I have used Wilcox Pharmacy for my compounded medications for several years. I find them to be prompt and courteous. I live an hour away from the pharmacy and they mail my prescriptions and they always arrive in a timely manner. The instructions on the bottle are quite clear that you need to call three to four days ahead of time to allow time for compounding. I have never had a problem with them . Randy, the pharmacist, and the rest of the staff, always take time to address my concerns whether they are insurance or medication related. I continue to confidently use their pharmacy.

Suppose to be a compounding pharmacy. Well, they don't compound on the weekends. If you normally get 100 pills and request 50, they charge almost the full amount...but the girl answering the phone doesn't tell you that when you ask.....she says you will only pay for 50. What a racket!
