“Back on August 1, 2024 I was closing on a house. The check for closing I didn't believe was going to clear in time. Grace at this branch went over and beyond trying to see if the check was going to clear. She made many phone calls trying to see if we could expedite the check.
Long story short it did clear day before closing.
I just can't begin to tell you how helpful and empathetic Grace was. I was near tears and she made it better. She is the best!

People need to have respect ect. when they want serves. They is alot of people out there don't respect the people that is tried to help us in banks stores etc..”

“I love Key Bank! I used to only belong to credit unions. After frustration after frustration I switched. At Key Bank. They're fast. I can get in and out quick and I love getting my husband's paycheck on Wednesdays instead of Fridays. I also get to chat with the manager of the bank. Also they don't charge you an overdraft as long as you put the money in by the end of the day. Credit unions charge overdraft on a dollar and you have to call to negotiate removal.”
“There's a giant hole when leaving the drive through and it NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
People are always super sweet. Definitely go here instead of Community Bank. ??
Definitely worth the visit and they have a coin machine.”
