We swung by Saturday to see if they could squeeze my husband in for a haircut and while they were unavailable, they did schedule him for 9am Tuesday. Ten minutes after his scheduled appointment time the stylist had yet to arrive. My husband was told they couldn't reach her, and they made no efforts to apologize or accommodate him.

I have used Kaylee for many services- from Salon Elizabeth to when she opened her new shop Blissful Beauty. I even used her for my wedding hair, she did amazing as always! Blissful Beauty never disappoints! There aren’t a lot of salons that you can walk into and feel completely at home and relaxed … but I always feel this way when I walk through the doors of BB.
