“I have been going here for about a year, after trying PF for a few months. I was looking for better equipment and a more serious atmosphere. This place delivers. Friendly staff, great equipment. If you're serious about fitness and want to push yourself to be better, the patrons and staff will help you do that. I highly recommend, especially if you're into weight lifting.”

“First time back since COVID restrictions began. The fitness equipment is distanced, the spaces are very clean, cardio is housed on the racquetball courts. Felt good to be back!”

“I am currently in town visiting some family for a few weeks. I originally went here because I am a Silver Sneakers member. However, the Tivity FitnessYourWay gym finder website is wrong; this gym is no longer a part of the program. Fortunately, Nate was incredibly understanding and threw out a reasonable offer for the time I am going to be here. He's even given me 24/7 access. Nate responds to calls/texts incredibly fast and has been nothing but accommodating and friendly. The gym is good. I would call it more a "Mom and Pop" style gym. Most of the equipment is from the 70's/80's but it's good stuff, just a little worn. If you're looking for the latest equipment with endless machines, this gym isn't for you. Nate has the essentials with a little extra. The dumbbells go up to 120 and there's plenty of weight plates. Understanding that this isn't a big fancy new gym, only criticism is that some things could be cleaned a bit better and the cleaning rags could be changed out a bit more frequently.Maybe it's just the times I went to the gym but there's hardly ever anyone here so there's no waiting for any equipment and I've mostly had the gym to myself.”

“I went to St. Albans to see the eclipse and I needed a workout, so I stopped into Planet Fitness and asked if they have day passes and the girl at the desk hooked me up with a free day pass. I got a sweet sweat going and had a nice hot shower. Water pressure and temp were both up to speed. (I can't stand low water pressure). The place was super clean all around, and I'm pretty sure they're open 24/7. If I lived in St. Albans, it would be a no brainer to join when it's just $10/month. Do yourself a favor and join. Health is wealth!”
