“Being from out of state we were looking for a place to get some exercise and walking in while on vacation. The sports complex is very clean and they have a Port a John on the premises. This is one of the nicest facilities for all ages . The walking path and outdoor track is wonderful. I wish we had a sports complex like this in the area we live in.”

“I am a member in london ont but visited st albans over xmas ..went at my usual time at 230 am til 6. Very impressed. Set up was a little differnt than my home gym but liked urs better..very clean..quiet..friendly...
Be back in Aug fr a few days..”

“I have been going here for about a year, after trying PF for a few months. I was looking for better equipment and a more serious atmosphere. This place delivers. Friendly staff, great equipment. If you're serious about fitness and want to push yourself to be better, the patrons and staff will help you do that. I highly recommend, especially if you're into weight lifting.”
