Went for fingerprinting - FBI database search. The machine is very temperamental but the staff were patient and helpful, finally we had success after 30 mins. Thank you Sarah :)

Chris helped me with my passport appointment and he was helpful and courteous. One star off for whoever the guy with a buzzcut is that works here. He was rude and sounded condescending when speaking to customers.
