“Went in today to exchange a pair of jeans that were the wrong size (my fault). I didn't have a receipt and the jeans had gone on clearance and were out of stock. There was no proof under my phone number of my purchase, but they didn't question when I said I paid full price a couple months ago, and took the return. They also were able to find my size of the clearanced jeans online and had them shipped directly to my door, with free shipping. Very smooth transaction all around. This was the second time I've been in and both times I received attentive and very friendly service. Very pleased. I'll be back very soon to spend more money on clothes I don't really need lol”
