I came in to buy a replacement battery for my vehicle’s key fob. Mary went out of her way to help me figure out how to open the battery compartment on the fob, even pulling up a You Tube video. Together, we solved the problem. Thank you for great customer service!

I was helped by Randy at the St. Johnsbury Aubuchon store, and it is because of his help and customer service that I purchased a Milwaukee tool set. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills as well as experience in Carpenter. He made the difference for me and I thank him for his service

The entire Staff and Managment Team at the St Johnsbury Abuchon's are amazingly helpful and patient. There is not a problem Skylar cannot figure out. Bob knows all things about power tools and personal experience with most. The Manager, I believe, Michelle is outgoing and works to establish a connection with her customers.
